The Grand Bangkok Boulevard

Ratchaphruek-Charan luxury detached house project. The architectural design is heavily influenced by sculpture and Greek architecture as well as Romans of the 19th century. By one nine one has intended to design this house meticulously in every detail to meet the needs of the customers and give a feeling of luxury and grandeur.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭: Private Residence Nakhon Sawan

This project aims to create a warm and calming atmosphere. The design team deliberately laid out the concept for this project. By using warm tones, the team intends to create a warm feeling every time customers spend time at home. The wooden floor that the team intends to use is a herringbone pattern flooring technique. The cornice and the molding will add a touch of luxury to the Scandinavian-style furniture while adding a sense of relaxation.

𝐏𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭 𝐇𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐥𝐢𝐠𝐡𝐭 | The CITY Ratchapruek-Saunphak⁣

Our designers were inspired by the unique aesthetic of Oscar Niemeyer's curved concrete architecture when designing this house. ⁣ There is a Double Space area in the Living Area that serves as a gallery for displaying collectibles that give the living space a soft and comfortable feel while combining modernity and luxury together.

This house has been designed to be "beautiful, elegant, and timeless".

Inspiration: With a lifestyle that emphasizes a warm, generous family, welcoming and ready-to-grow for the doctor family, the two homeowners, and their two young daughters. Therefore, the house has been decorated in a Classic Luxury style. When you enter the house, you will find an archway that leads to the dining area. A Double Space connects the 1st floor to the 2nd floor, which is the highlight of the house. In the middle of the room is a dining table for ten people, adorned with a luxurious and magnificent chandelier. From the 1st floor connecting to the 2nd floor high hall, the designer designed the wall decoration with classic lotus moldings. Using warm white tones drops the classic with black tones in the appropriate proportions Each area will be incorporated into the wall, moldings and smooth marble pattern to make the house look luxurious and modern no matter how many years have passed.
